Bring Your Dog To A Baseball Game

Calling all dog loving baseball fans! The Five-Time Atlantic League Champion Somerset Patriots have invited us to be a part of their “Bark in the Nights.”

We are hoping you and your dog will join us on Wednesday, July 30, at the Somerset Patriots Stadium in Bridgewater NJ. We’d certainly love to see our alumni dogs and say “hi” to new faces, too. Stop by our booth for goodie bags!

Coming Home Rescue is selling vouchers/tickets (for upper box seats) for this game (or any home game) for $10. This is a fundraiser for us so the more tickets we sell, the more dogs we can help.

Here are the details from the stadium so you and your dog can have a fun, safe and happy time at the game:

  • All pet owners attending the game with their dog are asked to bring paperwork displaying proof of vaccination and their dog ID tag to be checked before entry outside the main gate. All dogs attending the game with their owners do not need a ticket for entry.
  •  There will be a Pre-Game Pooch Parade beginning at 6:30pm. All interested dog owners should report to the lawn seating area down the right field line to participate. All owners and their dogs are encouraged to participate in the parade.
  • All fans are asked to only bring well-behaved, social and leashed dogs to the ballpark.  The Patriots will provide bowls of water for the dogs throughout the concourse area.
  • Yappy Hour will take place in the 3rd inning at the Handlebar behind section 214.  Bring your dog up for some delicious ice cream treats specially made for dogs.
